Germán Manrique leads the firm’s project management using his background in both architecture and business administration.  He has worked on large-scale aviation projects on three continents.

Mr. Manrique holds an undergraduate degree in architecture and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. Prior to joining UrbanWorks, Mr. Manrique owned a business providing mortgage loans and real estate consulting.
