8 acres (site)		 Nearly ninety units are distributed between two mid-rise structures and fourteen town homes in this master plan for an eight-acre site. Intergenerational and multigenerational living is promoted through a carefully considered mix of unit types. The aesthetic expression is responsive to the cultural identity of the local Mexican-American community.

Exteriors were developed using rain screen technology for all building cladding. Prodema wood panels side one mid-rise and the town homes. Contrasting zinc panels render the other large structure with a warm durable metal finish whose manufacture consumes little energy compared to similar materials.
