This 58-unit mixed income project includes five buildings as part of a 26-acre development providing replacement housing for the Chicago Housing Authority’s Henry Horner Homes.
Designed with a variety of materials – including glazed masonry, metal bays, and steel lintels – the project is developed to reflect a diverse socio-economic population. A contemporary aesthetic is used at a scale that blends with the traditional neighborhood. |
