UrbanWorks’ Boston Square Community Hub project, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is about to complete construction. The first of three active projects to emerge from our comprehensive community planning process, the new building provides much needed services to the neighborhood. The heart of the project, a light-filled two-story living room area, includes co-working spaces, a cafe, a variety of seating, and a fireplace. White box spaces provide opportunities for local businesses. Designed for WELL certification, the building also includes an early learning center which will provide classrooms and play spaces for of over eighty children.
