UrbanWorks is excited to announce that our second project with @oaktoncollege, the renovation of their Des Plaines Campus Library & Learning Commons, is about to begin construction! The light-filled design prioritizes proximity and accessibility, ensuring that both students and faculty can easily connect in casual, welcoming areas that encourage one-on-one consultations while also providing pockets of privacy for focused study. This space serves not only as a resource for the academic community but also as a hub for local engagement, bridging the gap between learning and community interaction.
