UrbanWorks Founding Principal, Patricia Saldaña Natke, FAIA, participated in the INNOVATION + INCLUSION: Designing the Future of Healthcare Symposium on Thursday, May 22. The one-day event, with a focus on Empowering Diverse Voices in Architecture and Design, was organized by RADA Architects and the Association of Medical Facility Professionals, and included panels, a keynote speaker, networking lunch, and screenings of architectural films. Pat was featured in a panel titled “Designers of Diverse Experience: Unlocking the Value,” moderated by Allyson Hansen, CEO of the Illinois Medical District Commission (@imdchicago), and including the expertise of Cesar Santoy of Studio ARQ, Rada Doytcheva of RADA Architects (@rada_arch), and Edwar Luengas-Cruz of Cruz Construction.
