An exterior of masonry and Prodema rain screen panels clads this five-unit condominium building combining two duplex apartments, two flats, and a full floor penthouse. A shared roof deck sits atop the complex’s garage. The site is developed with permeable surfaces and native plantings. The building envelope utilizes a high degree of insulation, recyclable materials, and a green roof. The light-filled interiors include custom modern kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows and built-ins, skylights, and low VOC paints and finishes.
