As one of the many fruitful results of our comprehensive planning process, UrbanWorks was proud to break ground for the F2 Multifamily Building.Located in the Boston Square neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan, the grey, white, and green paneled, four-story, 69,530 square-foot F2 Building will include seventeen 1-bedroom, thirty 2-bedroom, and ten 3-bedroom units, as well as community room, shared rooftop terrace, and ground floor retail. Exterior features will include a tot-lot, community garden, and promenade.
