This five-story precast concrete structure is clad with warm brick and copper-hued metal panels that blend harmoniously with the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago. The building’s 42 one-bedroom apartments provide subsidized housing for the elderly through HUD funding, operated by The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Supportive community space on the first and second floors provide enhanced quality of life for the facility’s aging residents.
