Julio comes to UrbanWorks with a background in healthcare, office, and residential projects. With experience in architecture and construction management, Julio brings his diverse institutional knowledge with him to our office, where he serves as Architectural Associate. Julio balances design excellence, strong project management skills, and a passion for social causes to his project assignments.
Julio has a Bachelor of Architecture with a specialization in Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Outside of the office, Julio educates himself on design & art practices. Julio also participates in marketing efforts for the United Minds Inspiring Innovation Scholarship (UMII), a student-led initiative to financially support students and empower tomorrow’s innovative leaders from underrepresented communities at Illinois Tech who demonstrate financial need but do not qualify for federal aid.
