UrbanWorks Senior Associate Jamin Nollsch will be presenting at the 2024 Housing Matters conference on Friday October 18th. The annual conference, hosted by Housing Action Illinois, focuses on “expanding and protecting affordable housing and ending homelessness in Illinois.” Along with Mike Davis of Central Illinois Land Bank Authority, and Lindsey Elton of Eco Achievers, Jamin will be presenting as part of a workshop titled Navigating Accessibility & Sustainability Requirements in Affordable Housing Design. UrbanWorks’ project examples will include Joliet Housing Authority’s Stevenson Crossing high-rise renovation.
