UrbanWorks held the first public meeting for the Armitage Industrial Corridor Framework Plan on July 18th, which invited Chicago residents, business owners and workers to share their thoughts on the corridor and potential ways it could be improved. UrbanWorks and the Chicago Department of Planning and Development led discussions on economic development and job opportunities, transportation access and ways to leverage the area’s natural and built assets.
