Block Club Chicago was on hand for UrbanWorks’ first in-person open house for the Grant Park Framework Plan.The plan, which was last updated in 2002, is taking care to solicit input from the community, with a series of virtual and in-person open houses/listening sessions hosted by the Chicago Park District and the design team, to identify their wants and needs for the 300+ acre park. Our next in-person sessions will be held on February 2, 2023 at the Art Institute of Chicago from 5-7 pm, and February 8th, 2023 at Columbia College from 5-7 pm.
