UrbanWorks Principal, Robert Natke AIA, was invited to participate in the Combat Infantrymen’s Association Monument Charrette Workshop sponsored by AIA Chicago on February 28, 2020. The workshop explored and developed concepts for a monument. The Combat Infantrymen’s Association is a nationwide non-profit organization of approx. 3,000 members whom have earned a Combat Infantry Badge as a result of active combat service. The Monument will serve as a symbol of those who made great sacrifices in the defense of our nation and its principles.
