The Space to Grow program, which “transforms Chicago schoolyards into vibrant spaces to play, learn and be outside” was awarded the 2018 Metropolitan Planning Council Burnham Award for Excellence in Planning. UrbanWorks is proud to have contributed to this wide reaching project, having designed a new playlot for Nathan Davis Elementary.
