
UrbanWorks’ design for Hispanic Housing Development Corporation’s Pioneer Arcade was awarded a Chicago Adopt-a-Landmark Award and grant, as part of an $8 million program that will help restore more than a dozen historic buildings across the city! Originally built in 1925 as an entertainment and social center, Pioneer Arcade will receive a $510,000 grant to help restore the the terra cotta facade and interior lobby, as part of a $23.5 million residential conversion.
